As we are dealing in carbon fiber parts , if you have specialized in this field for some time or have already cooperated with other factory , you have know that carbon fiber parts are hand made , easy damaged , scratched , sometime will come with defects and or not fit correctly .
Our parts quality maybe not the best , but i have to say our products can meet 99% of our customers quality standards , however sometimes our products also will comes with problems .
So in order to supply better after sale service and for our better future business , we have made below after sale services tips and hope we can make a agreement .
- We accept any returns or exchanges ( products ordered wrong , can’t meet your quality standards , comes with defects , damaged while shipping etc … )
- All returns / exchanges for defective items , only pics is not ok , some customer buy got only one item with defects but they take pics several times , every time they take some pic and asked for one exchange , thats really not good , so products have to return to us for exchanges .
- The prices we offer is wholesale price , is very low than market price and our profit is also very low , so if product comes not satisfied , please understand , we accept returns / exchanges , but not one by one , if possible please keep items for some time and exchange in bulk . WE offer whole sale price we can not do retail after sale
- Any returns / exchanges in bulk , we will pay the return shipping cost , but if return item one by one , return shipping cost are at your side .
